01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the 999bat platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms that are published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and 999bat.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 999bat recommends that you review these Terms each time you log in to your account.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To open a 999bat account and access the Platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 999bat does not permit access to persons under 21.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity and not as a business or corporate entity.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or registering an account to be operated by someone else.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended 999bat account.
• You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money placed as wagers.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, contractor, or agent of 999bat or any associated entity, nor are you a family member of such a person.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

03 Account Verification (KYC)

999bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: at the time of first withdrawal, when your account reaches a cumulative deposit threshold, or when unusual activity is detected on your account.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement (e.g., bKash account statement). Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a verified account in the same name as the registered 999bat account holder. 999bat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

999bat reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Players who have active wagering requirements on bonus funds may not withdraw those funds until the applicable requirements have been met. Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative processing review before withdrawal is approved.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 999bat offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet credits, and other incentive programs to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 999bat promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Minimum odds restrictions apply to sports bets placed with bonus funds. Bets placed below the minimum odds threshold will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account.
• 999bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus claims across a group of players — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings.

06 Betting Rules and Wager Settlement

All sports bets placed on 999bat are governed by the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. The following general betting principles apply across all markets:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 999bat system and a bet reference number has been issued.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. 999bat reserves the right to refuse any in-play bet where real-time odds cannot be confirmed.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules. Typically, if an event is not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result will be used for settlement if a match is affected by weather or other interruptions.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply to all markets. 999bat reserves the right to limit stakes on any market at its discretion.
• Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (palpable errors) will be voided regardless of the settlement outcome. Stake amounts will be returned to the player's account balance.

Casino games, live casino, crash games, and virtual sports are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface and by the rules of the relevant game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and NetEnt). The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are maintained at the levels set by the respective game providers and are not altered by 999bat.

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bat Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain any advantage over other players or over 999bat.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999bat Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 999bat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 999bat brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 999bat.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 999bat.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999bat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption to service, or any other commercial damages or losses.

999bat does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999bat reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice and without liability to you.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your 999bat account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

999bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, provided false registration information, or is acting in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, 999bat reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.

12 Amendments to These Terms

999bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 999bat will provide notice to registered account holders via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11 of these Terms.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 999bat operates. By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute shall first be referred to the 999bat customer support team for resolution through the internal complaints process.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may escalate the matter through appropriate external channels. 999bat's decisions regarding the application of game rules, bet settlement, and bonus awards are final and binding once the internal complaints process has been exhausted.
